We want you to love your Killtec Clothing purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re happy to help with a return or exchange.
Return Window
You may return unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
How to Start a Return
- Contact us with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return
- We’ll provide instructions on where to send your item
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund or exchange
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days of us receiving your return.
Non-Returnable Items
Final sale items, worn or washed items, and items without original tags cannot be returned.
